We currently have a new vacancy for a Lawyer or Barrister to work with us through civil legal aid in the field of trademark & company law for a high court case for New Zealand Space Agency Limited Vs MBIE.

This work is civil legal aid paid & requires somebody who has what it takes to do a high court case where we are filling for damages against the New Zealand Government Agency that is illegally using our company name & trademark, the reason this is paid by civil legal aid is because we do not have the funds to pay directly at this point & it is the only option available to us, I have spoken to hundreds of law firms in NZ and everyone of them does not have the balls to take on the NZ Govt & win, those who have said they would wanted $50,000 up front with no guaranty & I will not accept anything less than a win as the law is actually on my side in this case as I own the trademark & the company registered Name (New Zealand Space Agency) My trademark is ( NZSA) which is the abbreviation for (New Zealand Space Agency) & is clearly stated within the trademark which I hold. I have been fighting with this Govt agency since 2014 however I Established this company on the 7th of March 1992 & i hold the copyright to this as the person who created it in the first place under NZ Law which stands as evidence that I was in ownership of said company before they started using my company name, feather more they actually knew I existed before hand through my contact with them prior to 2016 & they said & I Quote, (MBIE) We tried to contact you before we started using your company name but could not get in contact with you.) This is a complete lie however as I would have had that contact & yet they still break the law. This is all I will say at this time & I will only provide the evidence I hold when I have a lawyer or barrister that will accept this challenge.
